Frequently asked questions
What is udX Flow?
udX Flow is a standalone application built on the udX engine. It connects document processing with trigger-based workflows: incoming mail, a folder upload or an API call starts the process, and verified results land automatically in your ERP, CRM or as a structured file.
Which events can start a workflow?
Incoming mail, an upload to a watched folder, or an API call. Any of these can trigger a workflow without writing code. The trigger is configured inside the product.
What happens with uncertain results?
They go to a human first. udX Flow uses the same engine as udX and flags uncertain extractions for manual review instead of passing them on silently. Only verified results are exported.
